Engagement with people using the service

Due the complex needs of some of the individuals living at Bryncelyn, consultation on the operation of the service is not always possible beyond observation of body language and behaviours to any proposed changes; alongside discussions with representatives which has happened through out the year. There is more able individual who has recently moved in, so we would expect to see more involvement here in the coming financial year.
